Meet David’s Team

David Latour, Sr.- David is my father and is the most important figure in my racing career. He brought me my first quarter midget when I was just 4 years old. It’s because of his dedication, time, money and effort that my brother and I are able to race. He is the crew chief, car owner and overall decision-maker. He is a good role model, and I can’t thank him enough for all his hard work.

Susan Latour - Susan is my mother, and she has sacrificed her time and money to help my brother and me with our racing for a long time now. She does everything from making us food to whatever she can on the race car. I really appreciate everything she’s done for me over the years.

Wayne Smith - Wayne’s knowledge of racing has been a great influence on me learning to race competitively. He is a crew member and our team comedian. He keeps us all laughing throughout the night! Wayne raced Modifieds and Late Models, before becoming a crew chief for a Late Model in New England.

Aaron Mizell - Aaron joined our team at the beginning of last year and he has been working with the crew to make me faster each week. Aaron graduated from the NASCAR Technical Institute in Mooresville, NC and has been a really valuable addition to our team.

Tom Baker - Tom is my spotter and performance coach at the track. He and Mike Calinoff are the owners of Team Full Throttle, and are my Motorsports managers. Tom is there to be a driving coach for me as well as a friend and a mentor, and his advice and guidance really help me no matter what the situation.

Dillon Latour - Dillon is a crew member and my younger brother. He is there for me each week recording all the lap times and helping us however he can. Dillon is in the garage every night with us wrenching on the car, and also working on his Bandolero that he races as well.
